Intersection of Technology and Law: Opportunities and Risks

The Cyber Law Committee under the Student Bar Association at School of Law, CHRIST (Deemed to be University) Pune, Lavasa Campus, presents a webinar to observe National Technology Day on the topic “Intersection of Law and Technology: Opportunities and Risks”on May 11, 2021.
The emergence of new technologies, processes and automation has brought a new work structure, colloquially referred as “Gig Economy”. This way of working in temporary positions has emerged and freelance work is becoming the norm. This transformation delivers boundless opportunities as well as uncertainty in Law, Legal Institutions and their collaterals. Therefore it becomes necessary to deliberate on its possibilities and risks. This webinar aims at exploring the discourse around law and technology in modern times through a comprehensive discussion.
