Dr. Karthigai Prakasam C is a distinguished academic and Associate Professor in Commerce. He also serves as Associate Dean of the School of Commerce, Finance, and Accountancy at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bangalore Central Campus. With expertise in teaching, research, and administration, he has contributed significantly to commerce education. He has held key roles, including Head of the Commerce Department and Coordinator for BCom, MCom, and MBA programs. His teaching expertise covers Security Analysis, Portfolio Management, Entrepreneurship, Management Accounting, and Cost Accounting. Dr. Karthigai?s research focuses on entrepreneurship, marketing, stock market sensitivity, and financial literacy, with publications in esteemed journals. He has guided PhD students on topics like stock market volatility, financial inclusion, and cashless payment systems. An accomplished administrator, he excels in team leadership, budget management, and strategic planning. His dedication has enriched the programs he oversees. Dr. Karthigai has been honored for teaching excellence, including the Best Faculty Award at New Horizon College. He also earned a Certificate in Online Teaching from GlobalNxt University. His career exemplifies commitment to advancing education and fostering dynamic learning environments.
