Dr. Adi Narayana J. specializes in Labour Law and Human Rights. He holds two master's degrees: an MA in Political Science from the University of Hyderabad and an MBA (HRM) from Puducherry University. He earned his PhD in Law from Osmania University, Hyderabad. His research focuses on Labour Law, Human Rights, and Political Science. He has published numerous articles in both national and international journals. Dr. Adi Narayana has presented papers at several national and international conferences. He completed a Minor Research Project on the rights of outsourcing employees in Bengaluru's BPO industry. He also conducted a training program for Karnataka State government employees on the SCs and STs (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. Dr. Adi Narayana has obtained seven MOOC certificates from various foreign universities. Since June 2014, he has been an Associate Professor at the School of Law, Bangalore Central Campus.
