Dr. Jayanthi H.L. is a dedicated law faculty member at Christ University. She holds multiple master?s degrees and a Doctorate in Family Disputes in Mediation from Christ University. Her research focuses on Family Law, Mediation, ADR, Land Laws, Property Law, Legal Aid, and Para Legal Services. Dr. Jayanthi is passionate about Family Law, especially the legal issues that affect families. Her interest lies in custody disputes, divorce settlements, and the evolving dynamics of family relations. In Mediation and ADR, she explores non-adversarial conflict resolution to promote peaceful settlements. Her research aims to ease the judicial burden and encourage amicable solutions. She also delves into Land and Property Law, exploring legal frameworks governing land use, ownership, and real estate transactions. Dr. Jayanthi has contributed to legal clinics, providing pro bono advice to underprivileged communities. Her dedication has earned her numerous awards, including the Best Legal Aid Clinic 2023 and the Hugo Grotius International Eminent Teacher Award 2023. She has presented papers at various conferences and mentored students in prestigious competitions. Her outstanding contributions reflect her commitment to legal education and social justice.
