Bhuvaneshwar Rai is a Gold Medalist in LL.M. (Corporate Law and Governance). He is a Ph.D. scholar at the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru. His expertise includes Corporate Laws, Securities Laws, Consumer Law, and Competition Law. He has published multiple research papers and book chapters. He has presented papers at various national and international conferences. Bhuvaneshwar has also received the Best Paper Presenter award at several of these events. He has judged moot court competitions and chaired technical sessions at national conferences. Since 2014, he has been an integral part of the School of Law at Christ University, Bangalore. Currently, he serves as an Assistant Professor in the School of Law.
