Dr LAKSHMI B

ASSISTANT PROFESSOR

Lakshmi B holds an MCom from Bangalore University and an MBA from Sikkim Manipal University. She also possesses the CMA US Professional Certification and a PhD in Employer Branding from Christ University. Her research areas include Employer Branding, Human Resource Accounting, and Corporate Disclosures. She is experienced in teaching accounting subjects and using various research tools. Lakshmi has two copyrights in Employer Branding and University Social Responsibility. She also holds a patent on the "COVID-19 Impact Assessment Index for Manufacturing MSMEs." She has completed a consultancy project titled "Feasibility Study for Debora Foundation India." With over 8 years of experience as an Assistant Professor, she serves as the Academic Coordinator for the BCom (Strategic Finance) program. Lakshmi is the Faculty Coordinator for the IMA CHRIST Student Chapter and Christite for Climate Action. She is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) and contributes to the academic and professional development of her students.
