ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR

Dr. Mahesh E serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Economics. He holds a PhD from Mangalore University, specializing in financing secondary education in Karnataka. His expertise spans educational finance, public policy, and inclusive development. Dr. Mahesh has spearheaded key projects, including a Christ University-funded study on education sector resource flows. He has also advised the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru, on budgetary policies for marginalized groups. His research covers diverse areas such as tribal education, healthcare expenditure, and big data analytics. He has presented his work at many conferences, with papers published in reputed journals and volumes. Proficient in SPSS, E-Views, and GRETL, he teaches econometrics, financial economics, and trade to postgraduates. He has worked at esteemed institutions like CMDR, Dharwad, and ISEC, Bengaluru. Dr. Mahesh has been a committed faculty member at Christ University since 2010.
