Dr. Mitali Srivastava is an accomplished legal academic with over 10 years of experience. She is an alumna of Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab, and Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur. Dr. Srivastava is also UGC-NET qualified. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of Delhi, where her research focused on women construction workers' rights in India. Since joining Christ University in 2022, Dr. Srivastava has taken on leadership roles. She has served as the convener of international conferences and national debates. Her expertise includes Labour Laws, Legal Research Methodology, and Gender Studies. Her research is published in prestigious SCOPUS-indexed and UGC Care-listed journals. Dr. Srivastava is a dedicated educator and mentor. Her passion for law and social justice drives innovative legal scholarship and inspires her students to excel.
