The Guest lecture on “Assigning numbers to Humans: A concept of HRM” will be organised by the Law and Management Committee, Student Bar Association, School of Law. The Guest speaker for the event will be Dr Sunita Tanwar, Associate Professor and Head, Department of Management Studies, Central University of Haryana. She is an expert in the fields of Organisation Behaviour, Human Resource Analytics, Cross-Cultural Management, Training and Development, and Entrepreneurship having 17 years of extensive teaching and research experience.

The Guest lecture on “Assigning numbers to Humans: A concept of HRM” is mandatory for the first year BBA LLB students of Christ (Deemed To Be University), Lavasa. The aim of this event is to delve into the pivotal role of Human Resource Management (HRM) in organizational success. The lecture will focus on elucidating how HRM practices, performance appraisals, and measurable objectives play a vital role in achieving business goals and cultivating a positive corporate culture
