ABOUT THE EVENT
School of Law, CHRIST (Deemed To Be University) Pune, Lavasa under the Corporate Law Committee of the Students’ Bar Association is organizing another vital session on the practical aspects of the working of the National Company Law Tribunal and its appellate body. This session will be of great help to the students of the Third Year who are learning various aspects of Company Law in their core syllabus. The session will help them perform better at their internships and get accustomed to various nuances of the trade.

Advocate Ameya Ranade : He is a 2017 BBA LLB graduate from Symbiosis Law School Pune. Worked as an Associate at Reddy and Reddy Law Firm, Pune for 2 years. Clerked with Madras High Court Senior Advocate Arvind Datar in Chennai for 3 months. Worked as an Associate for 1&1/2 years at Tolani & Associates dealing in Transfer Pricing Litigation for MNC’s. Worked as a Senior Associate at Regulus Advocates and Consultants for 1 year and specialized in Dispute Resolution. Worked as the Senior Legal Counsel for IRP LLP, an Insolvency Law Professionals Firm engaged in looking into Corporate Insolvency Resolution Processes of Corporate Persons and Individuals for 1 year. Currently Founding Partner of Tavish Law Offices specializing in Company Disputes, IBC, Commercial Disputes, and General Corporate Advisory.
