Introduction  

We are pleased to announce the "Green Canvas" Online Digital Poster Making Competition to celebrate World Environment Day. This event aims to provide a platform for creative individuals to express their thoughts, ideas, and concerns about the environment through visually appealing and impactful posters.

 Objective 

The primary objective of the competition is to raise awareness about environmental issues, inspire positive change, and foster a sense of responsibility towards our planet.  Competition Details 

1. Theme: The competition theme revolves around the spirit of World Environment Day, emphasizing the urgent need for environmental protection, biodiversity conservation, climate action, and sustainable development.

2. Participation: Open to all Departments.

3. Submission Format: Participants are required to create a digital poster in landscape orientation with a resolution of 300 dpi or higher. Accepted file formats include JPG or PNG.

4. Submission Guidelines:

• Each participant may submit only one entry.
• The poster should be original and unpublished.
• The poster must incorporate the theme creatively and clearly convey its message.
• Offensive, plagiarized, or inappropriate content will lead to disqualification.
• Entries should be accompanied by a brief description (100-200 words) explaining the concept and inspiration behind the poster.

5. Judging Criteria:

• Adherence to the theme and message clarity. 
• Artistic creativity and visual impact.
• Effective use of color, composition,and typography.
• Overall originality and innovative approach.

7. Evaluation and Results:

• The winners will be announced on 26th May 2023 through email and direct communication with the winners.
