About the Event

In celebration of World Mental Health Day, the Centre for Counselling and Health Services is hosting a series of impactful events throughout October to enhance mental health awareness and provide effective stress relief. Activities include a special screening of the movie Inside Out 1 & 2, face painting sessions featuring mental health symbols and calming designs, guided meditation, dance, games and mandala art. These will all be part of our Stress Relief Zones, allowing participants to explore various stress-coping modalities. These thoughtfully crafted events aim to promote awareness, encourage relaxation, and support self-care. Join us in embracing mental wellness through these engaging and enriching sessions.
