About the Event

Breast Cancer Awareness Day, observed on October 15th, aims to raise awareness about the importance of early detection and prevention of breast cancer. In solidarity, the Centre for Counselling and Health Services (CCHS) at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus, invites all students and staff to participate in the "Wearing Pink" campaign on 16th October 2024. This initiative symbolizes support for breast cancer patients and survivors. Additionally, the event will feature a message sent to all on self-examination techniques, prevention tips, and ways to care for individuals affected by breast cancer, encouraging the community to stay informed and proactive.
Objectives: 
LIST OF PROGRAMS
Wearing Pink Campaign: All students and staff are encouraged to wear pink to show solidarity with breast cancer patients and survivors.
Informative Emailer: A message will be shared on how to self-test for breast cancer, preventive measures, and how to care for individuals affected by breast cancer.
