Our Major Functions Include

Guidelines

To organize any program(Fest, QIP, FDP, Workshop, Seminar, Guest lecture etc..), CHRIST(Deemed to be University) Pune Lavasa has an SOP to be followed for the digital content as mentioned below.

• A writeup and poster should be updated 1 month prior in the website under the title "EVENTS AROUND" for all events mentioned in the academic calendar.
• A write-up and poster should be updated at least 1 week prior in the website under the title "EVENTS AROUND" for any other programs organized which is not included in the academic calendar .
• Digital content to be updated in the website under the title "EVENTS AROUND" has to be prepared in consultation with English faculty and approved by HOD/Coordinator. The poster to be updated has to be approved by CDL. 
• After approval from HOD/Coordinator and CDL, share the content with Academic office and keep HOD/Coordinator, coordinators  of the event and Faculty in charge of website updation in loop.
• Academic offices have to update the digital content.
• Once the event is over a detailed report has to be prepared by the event coordinators in consultation with English faculty and has to be approved by HOD/Coordinator.
• Once approved the event coordinators have to share the report with Faculty in charge for website updation with proper photograph of the events.
