Dr MUTHU RUBEN V

Dr. V. Muthu Ruben holds an M.Com, MBA, M.Phil., and Ph.D. in Commerce. His research focuses on Marketing, Human Resources, Education, Psychology, and Religion. He has published 13 papers in national and international journals. Dr. Ruben has authored one book and co-authored another in Management. He is a life member of the National Institute of Personnel Management. He has contributed to training programs on topics such as teacher mindset, classroom management, motivation, and team building. He joined Christ College in 2007 and now serves as the Holistic Education Development Coordinator for all four Bangalore campuses since 2016. Additionally, he has been the faculty in charge of the Christ University Debating Society since 2012. Dr. Ruben has visited over 60 institutions across seven states and one union territory in India. He has conducted training programs for more than 4000 faculty members and 8000 students. His expertise includes collaborations with Toyota and Sri Krishnaiah Shetty and sons. He has also visited Infosys, Cognizant, Wipro, LG, IBM, HP, and Intel for academic purposes.
