CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus, in collaboration with ICSSR, presents a Two-Week Capacity Building Programme (CBP) from June 9–21, 2025, aimed at empowering young faculty members in management and social sciences. This fully-sponsored program focuses on integrating AI, digital tools, business simulations, and innovative pedagogies in higher education. Participants will explore modern teaching methods like flipped classrooms, case-based learning, and academic writing, while also engaging in real-time industry interactions and research training.

Set in the serene hill city of Lavasa, the program offers a unique blend of academic depth and experiential learning. Certification will be provided by CHRIST University and ICSSR upon successful completion. Accommodation, meals, and travel reimbursements (as per ICSSR norms) are included. Limited to 30 participants, applications close on April 15, 2025.
