Scheduled on 02 December 2025 at 7:00 PM, the session focused on contemporary andragogical practices, highlighting innovative approaches to adult learning in higher education.
The episode featured Dr. Prabu P, Associate Professor, Department of Information Systems, Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, Riyadh, KSA. Recognized among the World’s Top 2% Scientists, Dr. Prabu brings extensive academic and research expertise, contributing valuable insights into effective teaching methodologies for adult learners. His perspectives on learner autonomy, collaborative learning models, and the integration of technology-driven instructional strategies enriched the learning experience for participants.
The session was hosted by Dr R Arokia Paul Rajan, representing the TLEC at Pune Lavasa Campus, who facilitated the dialogue by connecting andragogical concepts with practical, institution-centric implementation. Participants joined the event virtually through the Google meeting link shared.
