If a newly admitted student cancels the university and the Residence admission on or before 15th August 2026, then Rs. 5,000 will not be refunded.

If a newly admitted student cancels the university and the Residence admission on or after 15th August 2026, then the security deposit paid towards the Residences will not be refunded.

If an existing student cancels the Residence admission, then the security deposit and the hostel fee will not be refunded.
