This event aims to promote strength training, fitness culture, and competitive spirit among students. The competition is open to both men and women, providing an opportunity for participants to showcase their power, technique, and determination in one of the most fundamental strength exercises in weight training. Participants will compete to achieve the highest successful lift under the supervision of trained officials and according to standard safety guidelines.
