The 5 - Day Faculty Development Programme on Integrating Indian Knowledge Systems and Emerging Digital Tools for Future-Ready Business Education is an initiative by the BBA Department of Christ (Deemed to be University), Lavasa, Pune. The programme brings together India’s indigenous knowledge traditions with modern, technology-driven education. In alignment with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, there is an increasing emphasis on incorporating Indian knowledge frameworks into teaching-learning practices. This FDP aims to equip academicians with the perspective and tools required to bridge traditional wisdom with contemporary pedagogical approaches. By combining IKS with emerging digital tools such as Generative AI, the programme encourages educators to design more holistic, contextually relevant, and future-ready learning experiences. It aspires to enable faculty members to foster deeper cultural connections among students while preparing them to thrive in a rapidly transforming global business environment
