Having worked and engaged with premier esteemed advertising agencies and trained as a Business Psychologist, she currently heads the CHRIST Consulting while it transforms into a progressive horizon extending diversified services and solutions to corporates.

Ms Phibu Jose is a postgraduate in Life sciences and has served as the operations manager for an Australian Tissue Culture firm, thus channelizing her skills not only towards scientific R&D but also towards improved and efficient manpower skills. With keen interests in research and development, she aims to play an integral part in bridging the gap between academia and the corporate..
