The session will highlight the importance of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) in today’s knowledge-driven economy, where ideas and creativity are valuable resources for sustainable business growth. Prof. Marakkar will explain the fundamentals of patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, emphasizing their role in protecting innovation and building competitive advantage. The session is expected to shed light on real-world cases where effective IPR management has contributed to organizational success. This interactive session will encourage students to ask questions and explore the relevance of IPR in various business scenarios.
