The Department of Commerce, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus, in collaboration with Office of Alumni Engagement, is organizing an engaging Alumni Global Connect Session on Mergers & Acquisitions. This interactive session will be handled by Mr. Raghav S, Post Integration Analyst at Egis Group, Paris, Île-de-France. With his international experience and expertise in handling post-merger integration, Mr. Raghav will provide valuable insights into the strategic, financial, and operational aspects of mergers and acquisitions. The session aims to enrich students’ understanding of global business practices, integration challenges, and opportunities in the corporate world. It is a unique platform for learners to connect with an accomplished alumnus and explore real-world applications of concepts beyond the classroom. This initiative not only strengthens alumni-student engagement but also supports the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
