On the occasion of World Mental Health Day, the Centre for Counselling and Health Services (CCHS) is honoured to present The Labyrinth Within Treasure Hunt – A Journey to Self and Support on 10th October 2025, from 5:00 pm onwards at the Activity Hub. This special program features an engaging Mental Health Awareness Treasure Hunt designed to invite participants into reflective, team-based exploration of inner landscapes. Through thoughtfully curated stations and interactive challenges, attendees will encounter activities that cultivate self-awareness, emotional resilience, coping strategies, and an appreciation for supportive communities. Facilitated prompts and debriefs will encourage meaningful conversations, destigmatise help-seeking, and equip participants with practical insights they can apply beyond the event. We warmly invite students, staff, and community members to join us for an evening of discovery, connection, and shared learning. Light refreshments and resources will be available.
