The Teaching Learning Enhancement Cell of CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus, organized a Bootcamp on Kanban, a widely used project management tool, as part of the course requirement for SCI1204-3L: Software Engineering. The session is scheduled for 29 November 2025, from 11:40 AM to 12:30 PM, exclusively for 3BDS students. It will be conducted in Room 1127, Central Block. The bootcamp aims to provide students with practical exposure to Kanban, a visual workflow management method commonly adopted in software development and Agile environments. Through this session, students will gain hands-on understanding of task visualization, work-in-progress limits, process efficiency, and continuous delivery—key competencies essential for project management and modern software engineering practices. The resource person for the bootcamp is Prissila Aroul, Senior Project Manager at LabVantage Solutions, France. With her global industry experience, she will guide students in applying Kanban principles to real-world software projects and demonstrate how Kanban improves productivity, transparency, and team coordination. The event supports the university’s focus on enhancing technical and professional skills through expert-led sessions. A Microsoft Teams QR code has been provided for seamless access for students who join remotely. The bootcamp is expected to significantly strengthen students’ project management proficiency.
