The School of Business and Management(MBA) will be organizing a Mock Interview Series for second-year MBA students as part of the Career Readiness course. The sessions will provide students with a platform to practice and refine their interview skills under the guidance of experienced faculty and industry professionals.
The interactive sessions aim to help students understand the expectations of recruiters, enhance communication and presentation skills, and develop confidence in professional interactions. Panel judges will simulate real-world interview scenarios, offering constructive feedback to enable students to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
The sessions will cover key aspects of career preparedness, including resume evaluation, behavioural and technical interview questions, and professional etiquette. By engaging with a diverse panel from both academic and industry backgrounds, students will gain insights into different perspectives and expectations across sectors.
The Mock Interview Series is designed to bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world recruitment processes, equipping students with the skills and confidence required to succeed in competitive job markets.
