The School of Business & Management (MBA), CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus, in collaboration with the SDG Cell, is pleased to offer a focused workshop on Sustainability & Climate Change. This workshop is designed to deepen participants’ understanding of climate science, global sustainability frameworks, and the multifaceted impacts of climate change on society, economy, and governance.
The session will explore key themes such as climate evidence and impacts, sustainability frameworks and global goals, mitigation strategies and low-carbon pathways, behavioural change, community participation, and climate justice. Through an interdisciplinary approach, participants will gain practical insights into how sustainability principles can be integrated into policy, business decisions, and community initiatives.
The workshop will be led by Dr Jayant Mahajan, Associate Professor, CHRIST University, Pune Lavasa, who brings strong academic engagement and applied perspectives on climate change. This session is ideal for students, faculty members, researchers, and professionals interested in sustainability and responsible leadership.
