The Department of English and Cultural Studies, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus, is organising an Outbound Training Programme on 6–7 February 2026 to foster leadership, teamwork, and personal development among students. The programme brings together industry and academic expertise through sessions led by Mr. Sudhir Mateti, CHRO, Syntel at Aravind Limited, and Dr. Libin Chacko Samuel, Assistant Professor, CHRIST University. Designed as an experiential learning initiative, the training focuses on communication, collaboration, resilience, and inclusive leadership. Aligned with SDG 4 (Quality Education) and SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities), the programme aims to empower students with practical skills and ethical perspectives for holistic growth
