The School of Law at Christ(deemed to be) University, Pune Lavasa Campus, in collaboration with the Placement Committee and the ADR & Consultancy Committee, is proud to present a Two-Day Professional Workshop on Arbitration, Mediation & Conciliation. Scheduled for 23rd–24th February 2026, from 9:00 AM onwards at the Seminar Hall, Management Block, this workshop is designed to provide participants with practical insights into alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. The sessions will be conducted by distinguished practitioners from ANB Legal. Ms. Kanishka Bubna, Associate, and Ms. Nishika Shah, Senior Associate. With their extensive experience in dispute resolution, they will guide participants through procedural nuances, drafting techniques, strategy building, and emerging trends in ADR. 
This workshop aims to bridge the gap between theory and practice, equipping students with essential skills for a dynamic legal career in arbitration and mediation. Participants will gain hands-on exposure, professional insights, and certification upon successful completion."
