Young Minds Speak is a student-led initiative aimed at nurturing confident, thoughtful, and expressive young voices by giving Lavasa school children a supportive platform to share their ideas and perspectives. The purpose of this debate competition is to help students build critical thinking, public speaking, and communication skills while encouraging them to engage with real-world issues in a meaningful way. In alignment with Sustainable Development Goal 4: Quality Education, the event promotes learning beyond the classroom by fostering curiosity, creativity, and respectful dialogue.
To ensure that every participant feels prepared and confident, the Student Bar Association Debate and Literary Society, School of Law in collaboration with CSA will conduct interactive training sessions for the Lavasa school children prior to the final competition. These sessions will focus on argument building, structured speaking, confidence, and teamwork. Attendees can expect an encouraging and intellectually vibrant environment where young minds learn, grow, and discover the power of their voice through dialogue and expression.
