  • To ensure the process of awarding Degrees for various programmes adhering to agreed timelines and the University regulations.
  • To continually improve assessment practices through stakeholder engagement by innovative initiatives to enhance the quality of teaching and learning process  in the University.

To assess the learning levels of all the students as per the program learning outcomes and to recommend good assessment practices that ensure the graduate attributes specified by the University are ingrained in the students of CHRIST (Deemed to be University).

Exam Alerts

CIA repeat in online mode (Applications opened till 1st September 2021)
This is to bring to your notice that students (MBA 2020 batch, BBA 2020 batch, BCom 2020 batch, BSc DS 2020 batch, BSC BEA batch 2020 and BA/BBA LLB All Batches) who have failed in subjects due to low CIA marks can apply for the CIA repeat by filling the form shared in the official email by Sept 1, 2021. The Duly filled form must be submitted to the academic office on/before 1 September 2021.'  The guidelines for attempting this are given below, and other details are provided in the application form.

The CIA repeat will be held in online mode with minimum of 30 hours tutorials under the supervision of a Tutor assigned by respective HoD’s. The Mode of tutoring will be in asynchronous mode using either Moodle or Google classroom. It is mandatory to use the E library resources for which access will be given once the registration process is completed. Assessments will be designed by the tutor concerned for maximum marks of 65 Marks (BBA, BCom, BSc, BSc EA and MBA) and 45 (BA/BBA LLB) that includes CIA 1, CIA 2 and CIA 3. Maximum time to complete the process is 30 days from the date of assigning the tutor.
Students who have registered for the repeat course can make the payment as mentioned below through the payment gateway in Christ University, Lavasa website .Once the payment Is done, send the fee receipt to .Office of Examinations will forward the application to the respective departments and the students can report to the tutor as assigned by the HoD of the respective departments .
