From its humble beginnings to its thriving state, CAPS has been a constant source of academic and professional support, propelling my personal development. It has challenged me to step out of my comfort zone, engage in interdisciplinary learning, and embrace challenges that have shaped me into a leader. My hands-on experiences at CAPS have equipped me with invaluable leadership skills that continue to drive my academic and professional growth.”

“Being a part of CAPS has been a transformative experience. I've had the opportunity to contribute to its growth while honing my leadership and operational skills. CAPS has been a hub for academic and professional support and a platform for personal development. The hands-on experience and an incredible team have refined my ability to manage, delegate, and innovate.
CAPS has also connected me with lifelong mentors and valuable networks across the university. I’m grateful for the journey and look forward to staying connected with this community in the future.”

CAPS 2024-25
“Being the PR & Media team lead has been a holistic experience, teaching me the intricacies behind every task, how a well-functioning team operates, and the importance of clear communication and coordination. Most importantly, it has shown me that there's always room for growth and the value of staying open to learning while passing on that knowledge to others like us.
As a platform for young leaders, CAPS has played a significant role in my personal and professional development, providing me with invaluable experiences that I wouldn’t have expected to encounter so early in life.
I wish the CAPS team continued success in their future endeavors and encourage as many students as possible to seize this life-changing opportunity.”

The frequent meetings, brainstorming sessions, and workshops have enriched my college life, encouraging me to look beyond academia. With CAPS, we’ve built a community that grows and empowers together.
Training sessions on public speaking, boosting entrepreneurial mindset and rediscovering diversified opportunities across fields, CAPS catalyzes personal and professional growth.
Indeed, being part of CAPS has molded me to be adaptable in my workspace, utilize my technical skills efficiently, and excel in my professional life.”
