CAPS COMMITTEES & THEIR ROLES
1. Public Relations and Media (PR & Media)
Responsible for building and maintaining a strong digital and visual identity for CAPS. This committee ensures that CAPS' activities are well-publicized and resonate with the university community.
- Manages CAPS’ social media platforms, event promotions, and outreach
- Designs marketing campaigns, posters, reels, and announcements
- Captures and edits visual content (photos/videos) for events
- Ensures all promotional content aligns with CAPS branding guidelines
2. Content Generation and Quality Check (CG-QC)
This committee creates high-quality training and communication content, ensuring that it meets academic and professional standards.
- Draft session materials, training modules, workshop content, and internal documents
- Conducts thorough quality checks for accuracy, originality, and relevance
- Maintains consistency with CAPS’ style and tone
- Supports other teams in scriptwriting, document formatting, and editing
3. Research Committee
The Research team plays a crucial role in data-driven decision-making and academic support.
- Conducts regular needs analyses to identify training gaps and new learning areas
- Assists students with research methodology, proposal writing, and publishing
- Provides data and analytical support for CAPS projects and impact assessments
