Dr NEETHA KURIAN

Dr. Neetha Kurian is an enrolled advocate with experience practicing in the Kerala High Court. She is also a partner at Peometry Consulting, LLP. After working in corporate firms, she transitioned to academics, following her passion for teaching and research. Dr. Neetha holds an M.Phil. in Company Law and a Doctorate in Insolvency & Bankruptcy Law from Christ University. She has over 15 years of experience teaching commercial law in business and law schools in Bangalore. Her international experience includes a tenure at HELP University, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. She has delivered numerous talks on Insolvency, Banking, and Company Law. Dr. Neetha has presented papers at national and international conferences and has multiple publications to her credit. At Christ University's School of Law, she teaches Company Law, Banking Law, and Corporate Governance. Her research interests include Insolvency & Bankruptcy, M&A, Corporate Governance, and Banking & Finance. She was previously the faculty coordinator of the Corporate Law Committee and is currently the faculty coordinator of the Moot Court Society at the School of Law.
