Dr. Mary Rani Thomas has been an Assistant Professor at CHRIST (Deemed to be University) since 2010. Her expertise spans Marketing, Management, Human Resource Management, and Organizational Behavior. She has conducted research on the influence of generational studies on workplace behavior and marketing. Dr. Thomas has published extensively in UGC-listed and Scopus-indexed journals. Her active participation in national and international conferences showcases her commitment to academic excellence.
