Dr. Kriti Parashar is an Assistant Professor at Christ University, Delhi NCR. Before this role, she was an Assistant Professor at Amity University, Noida (2022-2023) and Lucknow (2018-2019). She earned her Ph.D. in Constitutional Law, focusing on Education and Child Rights, from the University of Lucknow. Dr. Parashar holds an LL.M. in Constitutional Law from the Indian Law Institute, New Delhi. Her research includes publications in Web of Science and UGC Care-listed journals. She is the author of the book Triple Talaq, published by Thomson Reuters in 2018. Her additional research interests include technology law and human rights.
