The Centre for Artificial Intelligence (CAI) and the School of Sciences, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus, are jointly organizing a Two-Day Workshop on “Integrating AI in Higher Education” on 16 and 17 March 2026 for faculty members. The workshop will be conducted by Dr. Vinay M, Associate Professor & Head, Department of Computer Science & Statistics and Data Science, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bangalore Yeshwanthpur Campus. The sessions aim to help faculty members understand how Artificial Intelligence can be effectively used in teaching, learning, and research.
On 16 March (2:30 PM – 4:30 PM), the session titled “AI in Higher Education: Prompting and Beyond” will focus on the role of AI in academia and how effective prompting techniques can help educators use AI tools more efficiently.
On 17 March (2:30 PM – 4:30 PM), the session titled “AI Tools for Teaching, Learning and Research” will introduce various AI tools that can support educators in preparing course materials, enhancing classroom learning, and assisting in research activities. The workshop aims to provide faculty members with practical insights on integrating AI technologies into academic practices and using them responsibly in higher education.
