The Centre for Counselling and Health Service (CCHS), in collaboration with Christ College, is organizing a meaningful awareness session titled “Empowering Minds to Build Healthy Relationships and Make Safe Choices.” This session is specially designed for final-year MBA students to support their personal well-being and responsible decision-making as they transition into professional and personal life beyond campus.
The programme will be facilitated by Ms. Liji Tony, Counsellor of Christ College, who will guide students through important discussions on understanding healthy relationships, setting personal boundaries, recognizing emotional well-being, and making safe and informed choices. The session will also address concerns related to peer influence, substance abuse awareness, and the importance of maintaining balance and responsibility in different aspects of life.
Through interactive discussion and practical insights, the initiative aims to help students develop emotional awareness, strengthen interpersonal skills, and cultivate a sense of accountability.
