The Internship Committee, School of Law, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus, is organising an academic programme featuring two guest lectures by Justice Abhay S. Oka on 3 March 2026 at the Central Block Auditorium. The sessions will be conducted from 10:10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., and are designed to provide students with meaningful academic and professional exposure. Justice Abhay S. Oka is a former Judge of the Supreme Court of India, renowned for his principled jurisprudence, clarity of legal reasoning, and steadfast commitment to constitutional values and civil liberties. Over the course of his distinguished judicial career, he has delivered several landmark judgments that have significantly contributed to the development of Indian constitutional and public law. The lectures aim to offer students valuable insights into the working of the judiciary, ethical dimensions of legal practice, and contemporary legal challenges, thereby fostering critical legal thinking and academic enrichment among the law school community
