Monthly Meetings

The student council members meet at least four times a month for daily updates related to the departmental activities and concerns. Towards the end of the term, we met more frequently to have more healthy discussions and any additions to improve the student culture in the campus. Whenever we were closer to events, we would meet daily at a fixed time. In terms of addressing issues in our monthly meetings, we would divide ourselves into smaller groups to address specific issues, later, we would discuss and get constructive feedback from the whole student council present in the room. In case, there are any departmental-level concerns to be addressed, we would have school-level meetings and share the concerns with the head of the department to come to a prospective solution for the same.
