Dr. Rajesh R is a Distinguished Professor in the Department of Statistics and Data Science at CHRIST (Deemed to be University). He has over two decades of experience in teaching and research, with a strong academic foundation in computer science. Holding a Ph.D. in Computer Science and two master?s degrees, he specializes in machine learning, data structures, algorithm optimization, and big data analytics. Dr. Rajesh has supervised numerous Ph.D. scholars, guiding research in areas like data compression, medical imaging, and healthcare-focused machine learning. His academic contributions include authoring two textbooks on Visual C++ and publishing over 55 research articles. Additionally, he holds one granted patent and multiple patent applications. An active member of professional organizations and editorial boards, Dr. Rajesh has received recognition for his contributions to academia. He was honored with the Venus International Foundation?s Outstanding Faculty Award and the Dewang Mehta Education Leadership Award for his exemplary leadership and dedication to education.
