On the occasion of International Women's Day, the Centre for Counselling & Health Services (CCHS) will organize a heartfelt appreciation initiative to celebrate and honour the invaluable contributions of women staff members across the campus. As part of the celebration, sunflowers, appreciation cards, and chocolates will be distributed as tokens of gratitude. What makes this initiative especially meaningful is that the cards will carry personalized gratitude messages written by students, acknowledging, respecting, and appreciating the dedication, strength, and support extended by women staff in their respective roles. Peer educators will actively participate in the distribution process, helping create an atmosphere of warmth, recognition, and collective celebration. The initiative aims not only to celebrate women but also to encourage students to consciously express gratitude and reflect on the importance of gender respect and equality in everyday campus life. Through this simple yet powerful gesture, the event seeks to foster a culture of appreciation, inclusivity, and recognition, reinforcing the message that every contribution matters and deserves to be acknowledged.
