While standard university practice across other campuses typically requires parents and relatives to be seated in separate broadcast venues, the Lavasa Campus has made a special exception. We have arranged for extra seating within the main ceremony hall, allowing parents and relatives to be accommodated inside the main venue based on the limited availability of these additional seats. However, for all the others, comfortable alternative spaces equipped with live broadcasts have been arranged to witness the proceedings.
We understand how precious these memories are; therefore, immediately following the conclusion of the formal ceremony, all students, parents, and relatives will be warmly welcomed into the main venue to take photographs and celebrate together. We deeply appreciate your cooperation and understanding in helping us maintain both the solemnity and safety of this grand event, and we look forward to celebrating this great success with you.
