The Teaching and Learning Enhancement Cell (TLEC) is organizing the Professional Development Programme titled “Implementing Competency-Based Education: Experiential Learning and AI-Enhanced Teaching” on May 2, 2026, at Christ College, Ramwadi, Pune, from 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM.
This programme explores the evolution of modern pedagogy through emerging technologies and active learning approaches. It is structured around key modules focusing on experiential learning, interdisciplinary skills, and the development of 21st-century competencies. Emphasis is placed on constructivist practices, including flipped classrooms and peer learning, to enhance student engagement.
A significant component addresses the responsible use of generative AI tools for lesson planning and performance-based assessment.
