The School of Sciences is organizing a Faculty Wellbeing Session titled “Strengthening Minds” to support the mental health and overall wellbeing of its faculty members. The session will be held on May 8th, 2026, from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM at Room 1127, Central Block. It will be conducted by counsellor Ms. Shristi Singh, who brings valuable experience in addressing mental health concerns in academic environments.

This workshop aims to create awareness about the importance of mental wellbeing, help faculty recognize signs of stress and burnout, and introduce practical strategies to manage professional and personal challenges effectively. Through interactive discussions, guided reflections, and practical exercises, participants will be encouraged to explore ways to maintain balance, build resilience, and enhance emotional wellbeing. The session also aims to create a supportive academic environment where faculty feel valued, heard, and equipped to manage the demands of their professional roles more effectively.
