The Human Resource Development Center (HRDC), in collaboration with the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus, is organizing a Six-day Faculty Development Program (FDP) from 20th to 25th July 2026. The program is designed to strengthen faculty competencies in academic quality assurance, institutional compliance, accreditation processes, SAP (Strategic Action Plan), academic workflows, and leadership development. The FDP will feature expert sessions led by academic leaders and quality assurance professionals from CHRIST University, as well as external resource persons. Key themes include IQAC frameworks, rankings and accreditation, academic documentation, research orientation, personal leadership, entrepreneurial mindset, and psychometric assessments. Through interactive sessions, discussions, and hands-on learning experiences, the program aims to foster a culture of continuous improvement, institutional excellence, and professional growth among faculty members. The initiative reflects the University's commitment to quality enhancement, academic innovation, and holistic faculty development.
