The Department of Physical Education & Sports, in collaboration with the Trekking Club, is organizing a Nature Trek to Lavasa Nature Trail on 16 August from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Students will assemble at the Central Block Quadrangle before departing for the trek. This outdoor activity is designed to encourage students to explore the natural beauty of the region while promoting physical fitness, mental well-being, and environmental awareness. The trek provides participants with an opportunity to experience adventure, develop teamwork, and build resilience through an engaging outdoor experience. It also serves as a platform for students to connect with nature, interact with peers, and appreciate the importance of maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle. Through this initiative, the Department of Physical Education & Sports and the Trekking Club aim to inspire students to embrace outdoor recreation, cultivate leadership qualities, and create memorable experiences beyond the classroom in a safe and enjoyable environment.
