The Department of English and Cultural Studies, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus is organizing a POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Act, 2013 Awareness Workshop in collaboration with Nucleus of Learning and Development (NLD) to foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive academic and professional environment. The workshop will enhance awareness of the Act's provisions, legal requirements, and significance while equipping participants to identify various forms of sexual harassment and understand appropriate workplace behavior. Through engaging discussions, practical examples, and case-based learning, attendees will gain knowledge of their rights, responsibilities, and the complaint redressal mechanism, including the role of the Internal Committee. The session will be conducted by Ms. Shalini Negi, Founder of LeadUrShip, a leadership coach and corporate trainer with over sixteen years of experience in leadership development, behavioral transformation, and corporate compliance. The session is open to all.
