Participants will engage in three structured, discipline-aligned activities aimed at enhancing self-regulation, interpersonal communication, and long-term resilience. First, students perform a critical close reading of personal stress narratives to dismantle impostor anxiety and reframe academic burnout. Second, through simulated role-play scenarios tailored to creative and collaborative environments, participants practice active listening, constructive feedback integration, and assertive boundary setting to de-escalate interpersonal friction. Finally, students map career precarity using a Control vs. Influence Matrix, synthesizing these insights to construct an actionable, personalized emotional intelligence toolkit.
