The Department of English and Cultural Studies, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus, in collaboration with the Nucleus of Learning and Development, is organizing an online national Professional Development Programme (PDP) on “Narrating Tech-Displacement: Understanding Wired Diasporas through Select Digital Works.” The sessions will be led by Dr. K. Jayasree, Assistant Professor, Department of English, Velalar College of Engineering and Technology. This PDP will give participants the opportunity to explore ways in which AI is woven into migrant narratives, the new forms of cultural belonging in digital space, and the technologies used for surveillance and artistic resistance. The sessions are open to all registered participants.
